Marketing site preview
Hi guys! I’ve been working on the Marketing/Company website (whatever you want to call it) over the last couple of days, its not totally finished yet but I felt I should get some feedback on whats been done so far. Compared to the old one I started work on originally I feel alot has improved although I have incorporated some ideas from the old one.
Also you might notice a change to the logo, we’re still contemplating whether to change it or not.
I’d love to hear your comments!
Nice and clean mate…I like it. Could do with a footer though to finish it off.

Hi guys,
I’ve been following your adventure from the beginning as the second feed subscriber.
Some feedback on the marketing page.
The design overall works really well.
The black message box is very effective in summarizing the app, along with the logos. This part is a keeper.
Copy>> “sexual” web based is just creepy. If you’re going to write down three adjectives, use the three adjectives that are most relevant. i.e. What were your three main goals when starting the project? I’m betting it wasn’t to make a sexual helpdesk solution.
The lower grey box is a nice touch that separates the more detailed content from the black intro box. For this part I think a more linear format would make sense. Move the “What else makes Juvely so cool?” box down to the bottom, and add bullet points stressing benefits next to each snapshot you already have on there. I.e. For the “A quick overview” snapshot put “Dashboard shows you what needs attention — Fast!” next to it. 2 more little bits like this next to each snapshot would be great.
In my opinion, What makes Juvely cool? seems slightly self-centric. A headline more along the lines of “Discover the easiest way to get your own Online Helpdesk.”
There are many parts where you can cut words. e.g. “30 day free trial on all paid plans” why not just say “30 day free trial” and a link to the signup page that explains in detail.
The new logo looks really nice btw.
Any little seals or certificates have proven to lift conversion as well. So if you can get any “Internet Certified” or some other kind of certificates, go ahead and add them. They work.
Good luck with the rest of the project and feel free to contact me if anything I said didn’t make sense.
oh yeah, For the title “Easy KB management” it isn’t fair to assume everyone will know what KB stands for. I know it’ll mess up the alignment for your title, but its still worth writing out KnowledgeBase.
Heres the marketing page for Mailroom. I think its really well done. Especially the copywriting. http://www.sproutit.com/mailroom

Wow - thanks for that Kam you’ve made some really good points, I’ll definately be making some changes to the design, I do like that Mailroom design, there are a few similarities between ours and theirs although I really don’t like the amount of copy (although well written) they are using, I feel people get bored of reading alot of copy, I like to keep things short and straight to the point.
Thanks for the kind words about the logo, nice to hear. I’ll post an update of the progress within a couple of days.
Thanks again.
Jim
